Shipping Policy

Please note: As of 1st January 2021 Royal Mail has increased their postage costs. First Class Recorded is now £4.85 and Special Delivery is £7.65. I have now added a Second Class Recorded Delivery option which is £4.20 should you wish to opt for this instead. (Any orders over £40 will automatically be entitled to free shipping - United Kingdom and NI only).

Orders are shipped out from Monday through to Saturday, and aimed to deliver within 5 days, depending on whether you have chosen First Class Recorded or Special Delivery. These are posted through the Royal Mail service. No deliveries will be made during the holiday periods, over Christmas or New Year, including the Bank Holiday weekends. 

All international deliveries, will be sent 'International Tracked and Signed', this can take up to 10-14 business days to reach your destination, but please allow up to 28 days for your parcel to reach you. Please note however that goods may be subject to customs charges and fees. These depend on the contents value. You will have to pay these before the parcel is released to you. The customs authorities in their respective destination country determine if these charges are due on imported goods. Please contact the embassy or customs authority in your country for help.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Please note that refunds are issued to the original method of payment and refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please message us within 5 days of receiving your order at

Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving our reply. Please make sure that your parcel is packed well, and please include your order confirmation, (please do include your name, email address and order number).

Please note:


  •  discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • returned items must have their tags still attached and be returned in their original packaging

  • returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

You are responsible for the postage costs for the return of your item(s) and highly recommend sending your return by Recorded Delivery to ensure we have received your return, by not doing so, any lost items sent in the post we will be unable to take responsibility for lost items sent without tracking. Any original shipping costs cannot be refunded.


Your refund will be processed once the item has been received an inspected. Please note your refund may take up to 5-7 working days dependent on the original source of payment. An email will be sent to notify you of your refund.
