Where do you ship?
We ship Worldwide!
Please note: International shipping does vary depending on exact location. For international deliveries we are not liable for Customs, Taxes, Duties and Tariffs. These charges are set by your own country - we are not able to influence or control the rate at which you are charged. We do suggest you contact your country's Customs Office if you are concerned about the charges that may occur. Your local Customs Authority may notify you once your order reaches your country and Customs and Sales Tax may be applied and paid by you before you receive your goods. Any customs delays that may occur is beyond our control.
When will I receive my order?
During COVID-19 we are currently operating at very lean levels, and the postal services are currently slightly delayed during this period. Therefore orders may take longer than usual to arrive.
We ship most packages via Royal Mail (Recorded or Special Delivery, which are both available to opt from at checkout) to aim for delivery 1-3 business days, for International Delivery, 14 or more business days.
What is your return policy?
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, your order may be returned for a replacement or a full refund.
Please note that refunds are issued to the original method of payment and refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please message us within 5 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of receiving our reply. Please make sure that your parcel is packed well, and include your order information, (please do include your name, email address and order number).
You are responsible for the postage costs for the return of your item(s) and highly recommended to send your package by Recorded Delivery to ensure we have received your return.
